Return and refund policy

Change or Cancellation

All orders are accepted on the condition that they are not subject to change or cancellation without acceptance by C.V. Plastics . C.V. Plastics will be reimbursed for all work in process, material, engineering and any other change or cancellation charge incurred on the basis of cost to C.V. Plastics including handling and overhead costs.

Disposition of Defective Products

If products are defective or fail to meet specifications accepted by C.V. Plastics, Buyer shall immediately notify C.V. Plastics stating full particulars in support of his claim. C.V. Plastics at its option may request return of defective parts before issuing credit or replacement.

Any return of defective parts must be received by C.V. Plastics within one month of shipment.

C.V. Plastics will either replace the products shipped or adjust the matter fairly and promptly. C.V. Plastics shall not be responsible for any special indirect or consequential damages. There are no other warranties or representation either expressed or implied except as provided for in within agreement. The warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any and all warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness.

Discrepancies & Shortages

Any material discrepancies or quantity shortages must be reported within 10 business days from receipt of stock. Claims made after 10 business days may be refused.

Return Policy

No material may be returned without a valid authorization number (RMA) from C.V. Plastics and then only in accordance with the C.V. Plastics terms and instructions. Products that have been altered or converted in any way shape or form cannot be returned or refunded.

Buyer must contact C.V. Plastics customer service department for shipping instructions prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection before a credit or refund is made. Products returned within 30 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking charge. After 30 days all returns will be assessed on each individual restocking charge. The return of non-stock items is subject to a restocking charge. The sale of custom-made or special order items is final—no returns will be accepted.
